I study how industries evolve in the long run in response to scientific discoveries and regulation. My areas of expertise include the economics of banking, brewing, and transportation. For example, I study how to make the transportation sector more sustainable and efficient through data analytics and regulation.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
