Explore the lineage of Leandro S. Carvalho

I am an associate (research) professor of economics at the University of Southern California. My research falls into three distinct areas. The first, which cuts across behavioral and development economics, seeks to understand the circumstances that produce better decisionmaking. The second, in social genomics, examines to what extent behaviors and outcomes depend on the interaction between genetics and environment. The third, in development and labor economics, studies the causes and consequences of human capital accumulation.
